BBQ ginger & honey chicken wings
• 5 spring onions, finely sliced
• 5 tbsp honey
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 red chilli, finely sliced
• 2 cm ginger, grated
• 5 thyme sprigs, leaves picked
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl to make a sticky sauce. Pour the marinade over the chicken, cover with clingfilm and leave to marinate in the fridge for 24 hours.
